Dear Parents and Guardians
I am writing to confirm that Broadway closes for the two-week Easter holiday on Friday 11 April 2025 at 1510. Pupils will return on Monday 28 April 2025 at 0830, ready for their 0840-form period. Before they return, please can you remind your child of some of the Broadway basics:
- Get to school by 08:30 as form starts at 08:40.
- There is a free breakfast available in the canteen for all pupils from 08:00
- Walk quickly, quietly on the left and straight to lessons. If pupils are late, they are kept behind. Pupils hanging around in between lessons will be identified by security and SSMs informed. This may lead to further sanctions and parental meetings
- Phones should be turned off and away. We have a new policy for September, so I shall be writing to you shortly with more information.
- Pupils must wear full uniform which includes a blazer, tie, trousers and shoes.
Thank you for your on-going support. Pupils succeed when schools and parents work together. If there are any issues, then please raise them at the earliest opportunity with the SSM (head of year) and copy in the Assistant Head in charge of the year group.
