Ms J Godsil is assistant director of sixth form.
She joined Broadway in 2008 having been a Head of House at FairFax school in Sutton. Her responsibilities involve monitoring of Sixth Form attendance, CEIAG in the Sixth Form and  co-ordinating  work experience, the Pastoral programme, UCAS and Duke of Edinburgh to silver level.
Ms Godsil believes that good experiences inside and outside of the classroom ensures that all students are able to grow, thrive and succeed even when their time at Broadway comes to an end.
