Lower School (Years 7 – 9)

Dear Parent/Carer

I would like to inform you that all students will break up for October half term holiday on Friday 23rd October 2026 at 3.10pm.

After half-term, years 7-9 will be having their Test 1. Pupils and parents will get these results for all subjects individually and as an overall score. This Test may result in set changes. We do three each year.

Pupils have been given revision packs, so they know what to revise. Please help them and check that they are revising. Useful revision tips can be found here: Revision techniques from BBC Bitesize

Year 7 have made an excellent start to life at Broadway; they are a lovely year group. Year 8 are building on the success from year 7 and Year 9 are the year group with the most positives, so a big ‘well done’ all round!

I would like to wish you a happy and safe half term.
