Dear Parent/Carer

Ramadan will start approximately Friday 28 February or Saturday 01 March, depending on the sighting of the moon. To accommodate students and staff fasting during the month, the times of the school day will be adjusted from Monday 03 March 2025. The Year 11 and Year 9 parents evenings start, and finish times have also been adjusted.

Ramadan School Day Times

Year 11 (Thursday 13 March 2025)

• All students leave at the end of period 4 (1:25pm)
• Parents’ Evening to start at 1:45pm and finish at 3:45pm

Year 9 (Thursday 20 March 2025)

• All students leave at the end of period 4 (1:25pm)
• Parents’ Evening to start at 1:45pm and finish at 3:45pm

All students will break up for the Easter holidays on Friday 11th April 2025 at 3.10pm. Students will return to school on Monday 28th April 2025 at 8.35am. Please note that Monday 5th May 2025 is a bank holiday and school will be closed. We wish you and your family a peaceful Ramadan.
